Cinque
Stelle
AMARONE
della Valpolicella

Amarone Cinque Stelle is an excellent masterpiece, receiving 92+ points for more than 12 years, from some of the world's top wine authorities.
This award winning wine comes from a careful selection of the grapes Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara, that go through a drying process of about 3-4 months. The grapes then undergo a soft pressing process, and a slow fermentation for over 40 days at controlled temperature with skins. Finally aging in wood barrels of: 60% Slavonian oak barrels of 5000 litres and 40% in French barriques for about 3 years.
The result of this careful process is a wine with an amazing concentration of sugars, tannins and extracts.
