AMARONE

della Valpolicella

This Amarone della Valpolicella comes with 10 years of accolades including 90+ points, from some of the world's most respected wine authorities.

During the harvest the grapes are carefully selected by a qualified team of people, and are then dried for about 3-4 months in drying rooms.

Fermentation takes place in small casks, at carefully controlled temperatures, with a very long maceration. After two decanting's, when the wine is "clean", it’s then poured in oak barrels including new French barriques and Slavonian oak barrels of 5000 and 3000 litres where it ages for some years.
